Stone County authorities have made two arrests in connection with a series of thefts.
According to a release from the Stone County Sheriff's Office, Deputies executed a search warrant on a residence near Kimberling City following an investigation that led authorities to believe that items from several thefts were at that location. With the assistance of the Kimberling City Police Department, deputies identified stolen items from Kimberling City Public Works as well as from businesses around Kimberling City in addition to businesses around Cape Fair and Reeds Spring.
Although not identified in the release, online court records indicate the two people in custody charged with the thefts are Heather Farrell of Branson West and Brandon Winder of Galena. Both are facing several counts of Felony Burglary and Stealing for the thefts.
