Search crews remain on Table Rock Lake as authorities continue looking for a man who disappeared during severe weather Sunday.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Sergeant Mike McClure tells Ozarks First that the man and another person had been riding a jet ski and were swimming in the lake when a storm rapidly approached.
McClure said the driver had removed his life jacket and was sitting on it when strong winds and waves pushed the personal watercraft into the swimmers, knocking both underwater. One swimmer resurfaced, but the man who was not wearing a life jacket never came back up.
Water Patrol officers are now on day four of their search and continue working to narrow down the area where the man may be located.
