BRANSON, Mo. — The Western Taney County Fire Protection District has issued an official request for bids for the construction of its new training tower, according to a recent Facebook post from the district.
Bidding documents will be available starting Monday, Nov. 24, 2025. Contractors can obtain the documents on a USB flash drive from Great River Engineering, located at 2826 S. Ingram Mill Drive in Springfield. The electronic documents cost $50 and are nonrefundable. After payment and bidder registration, Great River Engineering will mail the USB drive to the address provided by the contractor. Contractors may also pick up the documents in person.
According to the district, contractors must be registered on the Engineer’s Plan Holder List to be eligible to submit a bid. Printing of the documents is the responsibility of the contractor.
