Branson Holds Public Scrimmage, Unveils New Scoreboard

Fans got a look at the 2025 Branson Football Pirates Friday night.

The team held a scrimmage open to the public which had the Pirate Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Freshman Teams take the field in preparation for the upcoming season openers. 

Fans also got a look at the new video scoreboard installed over the summer which will add video capabilities as well as basic scoreboard operations for the gameday experience. 

The Branson Varsity Pirates open their season at Harrison next Friday in the second Pella Windows and Doors Border Battle with the first varsity home game scheduled for September 12 against Bolivar. The first home contest at Pirates Stadium is a Freshman Football Game with Harrison next Saturday morning at 11:00 am.
