The Branson Pirates hold on to claim a Homecoming Football Game win over Carl Junction, one of three MOARK Football teams to post wins Friday night.

The game was back and forth with three lead changes in the first half that saw the Pirates lead 21-17 at the intermission. Branson scored the first 14 points of the second half to go up 18 only to see Carl Junction answer to get the lead back to three with just over 90 seconds left. The Bulldogs appeared to have recovered the onside kick but were called for Illegal Touching of the the Ball and the Pirates picked up a first down on the ensuing drive to secure the win. Both teams had big plays during the game with Branson getting touchdown runs of 34 yards by Blake Weber and 75 yards by Ryan Giles while Carl Junction got a 63-yard touchdown run by Marcus Lopez-Durman and two long touchdown passes by Quarterback Mason Gilbert. 

Harrison and Forsyth Win
The Goblins got back on the winning pace, a huge road win at Clarksville 55-16 to even their record at 3-3 while the Panthers survived a back and forth early game at Strafford as after trailing by five in the third quarter, proceeded to score the final 21 points of the game to take the 42-26 win.

Hollister, Reeds Spring Lose
The Tigers welcomed Clever to Tiger Stadium for Senior Night with the Blue Jays jumping up to a 20-0 lead then cruising to a 35-8 win while the Wolves saw Fair Grove come into Wolves Stadium and score early on a blocked field goal and a fumble recovery building to a 56-28 win.
