
Week Two of the High School Football Season closes out with a loss on the road by Forsyth.
The Panthers drew a tough assignment playing against perennial Class 1 State Power Marionville, and though the Panthers had some success against the Comets, they eventually fall by a 34-14 score.
The Panthers' Tamarkus Holmes threw a touchdown pass and ran for a conversion at the end of the first quarter then the Panthers added a Ryan Deroo touchdown run in the fourth quarter for their scoring.
The Panthers will seek win number one next week as they travel to Hollister to take on the 2-0 Tigers.
