Coveta Wolfe, age 61, passed away on October 24, 2025.
Coveta Wolfe, 61, of Yellville, Arkansas, passed away at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas on October 24, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on July 1, 1964, in Harrison, Arkansas, the daughter of Cleo and Vemer (Rogers) Saylors.
Coveta was a strong and independent lady full of life. She always worried over others to ensure no detail was missed. Just minutes before leaving this world, with hand gestures, a voice that was barely a whisper, and some of the most expressive eye gestures, she was making her wishes known. Even in her weakened condition, her personality brightened the room.
Coveta met the love of her life in 2013, Terry. They have been inseparable since then. They enjoyed their yearly trip to Destin, Florida. Where they spent time on the beach and ate amazing seafood. One of Coveta’s favorite vacation was going with Terry every year to Gatlinburg, Tennessee to the Gaither Family Fest, which was a weekend long festival of gospel music and ministry. Coveta retired from the Lead Hill School District after working there for over 20 years. She started out as a substitute teacher and moved on to be the Child Nutrition Director.
Coveta was all about helping others in any way she could. She liked art and crafts, growing a garden and planting and maintaining her flowers. She had a special bond with her 9-year-old granddaughter Emmy. Emmy was her shadow and partner in crime. They shared many special memories that will never be forgotten.
Coveta will be missed profoundly by everyone that knew and loved her. Coveta is preceded in death by her parents Cleo and Vemer and her sister-in-law Linda Saylors. She is survived by her husband Terry Wolfe, her children Kelly and Cody Blakenship, Terry D Wolfe, Barbara Wolfe, Crystal Shelley, Jordan Wigginton and Tiffany (William) Bridwell. Coveta also leaves behind many grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
In addition, her brother Otto Saylors and his children Todd Saylors, Joveta Trasher, Jessica Saylors and Joshua Saylors and their families.
