Kaz Gaines...

Kaz Gaines was born November 8, 1989 and died on July 18, 2025 in Kissee Mills, MO at the age of 35.

A beloved son, brother and friend, Kaz was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Gaines and Mary Ann Steever and one brother, Ryan Gaines. He is survived by his step-father, Tony Steever, Sr.; and siblings, Aaron Gaines, Brandon Steever (Martina), Bonnie States (William), Tony Steever, and Harley Steever.

Kaz found happiness in a well-tended yard, often spending hours outdoors. He loved the companionship of his beloved dog, Chaos, whose loyal presence was a constant source of delight and amusement.

A collector at heart, Kaz enjoyed coin collecting and the treasure hunt for special coins. His shelves were filled with old comic books and movies and he held a special place in his heart for vintage gaming consoles.

Most of all, he loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephew, Hazel States, Azalea States and William Zoltan States.

Those who knew Kaz will deeply miss him and forever love him.

Cremation arrangements are in the care of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson.
