Nolan Lee Welch, 97, of Omaha, Arkansas passed away on December 18, 2025, at The Springs of Harrison, with his family surrounded by him. He was born on April 07, 1928, in Niagara Falls, New York, the son of Nolan and Alice (Caughill) Welch. Arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation located in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
