Richard "Dick" Conrad, 91, of Branson, MO.

Richard "Dick" Conrad, 91, of Branson, MO, formerly of Holland, IA, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2025 at Shepherd of the Hills Nursing Home in Branson, MO. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Bethany Presbyterian Church in Grundy Center, IA. Inurnment will follow at the Holland Cemetery. A reception and fellowship for all will take place back at the church following the committal service.

Dick was born on June 10, 1933 at his home in Valley Township, Guthrie County, IA to Francis and Lucilla (Burr) Conrad. He grew up and spent his early years in Guthrie County. During this time, he worked for the Union Pacific Railroad eventually moving on to work for C&E as a heavy equipment operator until he retired. Dick was most recently united in marriage to LaVonne “Bonnie” Fink on July 2, 1973. Dick and Bonnie enjoyed their time in Branson. They would always be traveling to their grandchildren’s cattle shows which they loved to do. Dick was very proud to be the Grandmaster for Independent Order of Odd Fellows. He was also a member of the Bethany Presbyterian Church in Grundy Center and the First Presbyterian Church in Branson. He also served on the Holland Volunteer Fire Department for 20 years. Dick loved to fish, travel and most of all spend time with his family.

Dick is survived by his children; Doug Conrad, Sue (Josh) Frazier, stepchildren; Glenda (Jerry) Moeller, grandchildren; Janis, Teri, Josh Jr., step grandchildren; Michael Moeller, Lance (Bri) Moeller, Jennifer (Ben) Pruss, great grandchildren; Victoria, Robert, Alexis, Sean, Lily, Colette, Joshua, Jasmine, step great grandchildren; Ella, Weston, Reese, Blakely, Noah, Collins and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Bonnie, children; Robert, Tom, great grandchild; Caleb, and two siblings; Jane and Robert.

The Family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Mark and Ruth Sonnenberg for their continued care for Dick during his time in Branson.
