Sherry Ringberg, age 68, passed away on November 27, 2025.
Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Sherry Ringberg, 68 of Branson, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025 in Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
Sherry was born on October 12, 1957 in Omaha, Nebraska to Richard & Evelyn Green. As a young girl, she delighted in the graceful art of ice skating. She graduated from high school in Ralston, Nebraska and began a long career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
After spending vacations in Branson, she moved permanently to the area over thirty years ago. She spent time working at 3M in Springfield and was on staff with different Branson resorts.
Her enjoyment of ice skating continued in her older years, this time watching ice skating events. Alongside her passion for skating, she was an enthusiastic football fan. Whether cheering for her favorite team or enjoying a Sunday game with family and friends, she found excitement and fun in the sport. She will also be remembered for her great sense of humor that brightened life alongside her laughter and wit. Above all, she adored her grandbabies.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard & Evelyn Green; the father of her children, Carl Ringberg; and one great-grandson, Noah Cox.
She will be deeply missed by her children, Teri Mack of Minnesota, Amie Cox of Arkansas, Kenneth Ringberg of Arkansas and Carl Ringberg, Jr. of Minnesota; sisters, Judy Poth of Minnesota, Cindy Lesley & husband Mike of Nebraska and Rebecca Green of Nebraska; her fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
