A man from a Kansas City Suburb drowns in Table Rock Lake.
According to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Emergency Personnel were called to Moonshine Beach near the Table Rock Dam around 1:20 Saturday afternoon for a 25-year-old man from Parkville that swam away from the shore, then struggled in the water before going under and not resurfacing.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
This is the ninth drowning worked by Troop D of the Missouri State Highway Patrol in 2026.
